DEMOPTIC Moisturizing Lubricant Eye Drops 10ml is a colorless, slightly viscous, odorless liquid.
One tube dropper of Demoptic lubricant contains: hyaluronic acid 0,2%, sorbitol (18.00 to 22.00 mg/ml), disodium hydrophosphate dihydrate (7.48 to 9.14 mg/ml), sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate (2.83 to 3.45 mg/ml), water for injection (up to 0.4 ml).
Area of application and indication:
Demoptic is intended for use in ophthalmology for eye care by instillation into the conjunctival sac. Demoptic Eye Drops mimic the action of natural tears, protect and moisturize the surface of the eye and lubricate it. This product has a long-term relieving effect in dry eyes caused by various factors, such as
• tear film disruptions leading to a decrease in the secretion of tears and causing symptoms of discomfort;
• external environmental effects (central heating, air conditioning, fluorescent lamps, various natural phenomena, e.g. wind, cold, dust, smoke, smog);
• frequent prolonged work on a computer;
• the use of vasoconstrictive or anti-inflammatory ophthalmic agents;
• changes in the hormonal status (menopause);
• old age (75% of the population over 65 years suffers from dry eye syndrome)
Dosage and Administration Instill 1–2 drops of Demoptic the conjunctival sac up to 6 times a day as needed for one application.
Shelf life 3 years. Do not use after the expiration date.
