DEMOPTIC BALANCE
DEMOPTIC BALANCE – hypoosmolar drop
Ingredients: Ribohyal 0.1%, vitamin E as tocopherol polyethylene glycol succinate (TPGS) 0.2%, sodium citrate, monobasic sodium phosphate, dibasic sodium phosphate, sodium chloride, purified water.
Does not contain preservatives or emulsifiers.
Innovative composition
- New hyaluronic acid
- High stability
Descriptions: Demoptic balance is mechanically adhered to the microvilli of epithelial cells; Its unique structure allows for a greater number of cross-linked molecules, increasing the volume and stability of the tear film. This contributes to the restoration of the mucous layer of the tear film, tropism, and regeneration of the epithelial layer.
Mechanism of action:
- Ribohyal lubricates the cornea and conjunctiva and has a nourishing, protective and antioxidant effect against external environmental influences.
- Vitamin E TPGS is capable of creating amphiphilic micellar structures. This allows the ophthalmic solution to promote the natural restoration of the altered lipid layer in dry eye syndromes caused by dysfunction of the meibomian glands. In addition, it can form micellar structures and promotes the anchoring of hyaluronic acid to receptors on the ocular surface, promoting the natural restoration of the mucous layer of the tear film.
- The hypotonicity of the solution helps restore the balance of hyperosmolar tears present in dry eye syndrome. Improved distribution and increased persistence of the solution on the ocular surface.
Shown:
- Relieve discomfort after eye surgery.
- In case of corneal damage, erosions or surgical interventions on the cornea.
- Patients with symptoms such as photophobia and who require long-term lubrication due to its ability to remain on the ocular surface.
- Compared to standard HA, it is more resistant to enzymatic degradation by hyaluronase.
- Lubricates the cornea and conjunctiva, providing a nourishing, protective and antioxidant effect against external environmental influences.
- Its hypotonicity helps restore the balance of hyperosmolar tears, the lipid phase of the tear film present, preventing premature evaporation and tear destabilization that occurs with meibomian gland dysfunction.
- Vitamin E TPGS creates amphiphilic micellar structures, allowing the natural restoration of the altered lipid layer to be promoted. In addition, it promotes the attachment of hyaluronic acid to the receptors on the surface of the eye, promoting the natural restoration of the mucous layer of the tear film.
- Restores the hyperosmolar balance of tear fluid in dry eye syndrome.
- Improves distribution and durability on the ocular surface.
- Reduces photophobia of dry eye.
- For dry eyes (mild to severe).
- When viewing a digital screen for a long time.
APPLICATION
- Used as regular eye drops.
- Rapid distribution on the surface of the eye
- Creates a protective layer that stabilizes the tear film.
- Counteracts premature evaporation of tears.
- The solution is well tolerated, retains the same refractive index as tears, and does not affect vision.
- Improved distribution and increased persistence of the solution on the ocular surface.
- Long lasting on the eyes (3-4 hours)
- Apply 2-4 drops into each eye every 3-4 hours or as recommended by a physician. Repeat as needed.
- Can be used with wearable contact lenses.
Storage
- Store at a temperature of 5-30 C in the original packaging, protected from light.
- Reuse within 2 months after first opening.
